EBS University conducts study on “Salary and Career in Project Management 2019”
Due to globalization and internationalization of tasks, increasing complexity and ever faster change in many sectors of the economy, companies have to adapt quickly and flexibly to market conditions. As a result of the changed requirements and tasks that companies are confronted with, project work offers the prerequisites to react flexibly, dynamically and efficiently and to gain a competitive advantage.
The German Association for Project Management e. V. (GPM) and its research partner EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht are conducting a study on salary and career structures in project management in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for the seventh time. The aim is to be supported by pma - Projekt Management Austria and spm. - swiss project management association to show the developments and tendencies within project management and to offer project managers a point of reference for the next salary negotiations. The results should also provide companies with clues for the design and development of salary structures.
A thematic focus of this year’s study was on agile project management, as this methodology is increasingly being used and not only leads to serious changes in the implementation of projects, but also has an impact on the overall management structure of companies.
You can participate in the survey until 30 November here.
