EBS Impact: EBS professor advises Hessian legislator on controversial legislative proposal

Seldom has any legislative procedure attracted as much attention in Hesse as the planned reform of the highly controversial law on road maintenance contributions. Two parliamentary factions in the Hessian state parliament have opposed the bills for the abolition of road costs, which has been the subject of controversial debate in the state parliament’s committee on internal affairs. Prof. Martin Will, Professor of Public Law at EBS Law School, is one of the experts who, in the course of the legislative procedure, have been asked to make an assessment of the proposal.
