A woman reflects on a decision

Deborah Nasca, the research assistant in the Controlling & Innovation Department at the Strascheg Institute for Innovation, Transformation & Entrepreneurship (SITE), has written an article for HAUFE on the topic of “Better to decide slowly and thoroughly than quickly and intuitively”.

The article describes psychological effects that can also influence people’s actions in everyday life and how these can be specifically recognised and minimised. In addition, it shows that managers do not have to make the decisions alone but that the inclusion of employees and specialists makes sense and can lead to better decisions.
