Paper on the Glass Cliff phenomenon by Myriam Bechtoldt and her colleagues nominated for The Leadership Quarterly 2019 Best Article of the Year Award
The paper “The glass cliff myth? – Evidence from Germany and the U.K” by Myriam Bechtoldt, Christina Bannier and Björn Rock has been nominated for The Leadership Quarterly 2019 Best Article of the Year Award. The Leadership Quarterly is ranked 5/84 journals in the field of Applied Psychology and 11/226 in Management. Given this, LQ has pulled ahead of other top journals (e.g., Personnel Psychology, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management Journal, Organizational Research Methods, MIS Quarterly, Research Policy, Management Science, Organization Science, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Operations Management).
