Future Communication Conference 2017 - How do future managers see tomorrow’s communication and cooperation in the digital world?
To provide an initial impulse, student groups present short films with their expectations about cooperation, working environment and leadership culture. After that, they “fight” for corporate reality solutions with the managers in so-called Fight Corners.
The following questions are discussed under the headline topic “Communication and Cooperation in the Digital World”: - How do we want to work in the future? - How do digital media influence our work? - What do Millennials expect from tomorrow’s working world?
Background: We initiated the Future Communication Forum in October 2016 to develop, together with top companies and top universities, challenges and solutions for communication and cooperation in the digital age. So far, six corporate partners (Bayer, B. Braun Melsungen, Deutsch Post DHL Group, Die Mobiliar, Porsche and Rewe Group) and four partner universities (Universität Mannheim, Universität St. Gallen, RWTH Aachen und EBS Universität) are on board. Two focus groups have already taken place. Now, the first Future Communication Conference is due to take place on 22.6.2017.
