Max Piper is a member of the chair since 2014. Before that, he finished his B.Sc. in Mathematics at Jacobs University Bremen, and his M.Sc. in Finance at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht as well as his LL.M. in Law and Tax Management at EDHEC Business School, Lille. His research focuses on the economic effects of leadership personalities in public firms as well as the effects of regional diversification on firm value. Max interned at the German Bundestag and in the risk-controlling division at Oldenburgische Landesbank, a part of Allianz group. In his free time, he is a voluntary firefighter and hunter.
