Strategic thinking and acting is of increasing importance for individuals and organizations to master technological and societal change, cope with the uncertainty created by such developments, and respond with entrepreneurial and innovative activities. The module introduces students to the fundamental theories and applicable tools of strategic management, entrepreneurship and innovation. Students are enabled to critically reflect and actively act in such uncertain and dynamic environments.
