In this module, students will learn about the basics of Strategic Management. Specifically, they will be able to do an internal and external analysis as well as analyze competition and potential rivals. Moreover, students will learn how industries evolve and how innovations disrupt markets. Moreover, they will develop an understanding of how boundaries of the firms are set and how companies set up their portfolios. Finally, you will be able to analyse strategy processes and different organizational designs.
