You will discuss and apply concepts from three different subject fields: First, they will critically assess different corporate development choices, which makes them proficient in deciding about whether to make, buy, orally for novel business activities. Second, they will be introduced to what strategic alliances are and how they are managed across their lifecycle. Third, you will familiarize yourself with managerial challenges in the process of mergers and acquisitions.
