You will understand the complex, interrelated reasons that explain the existence, behavior, and performance of the Multinational firms. You will also be able to use theories and frameworks to evaluate the complex and interdependent environments in which the multinational enterprise finds itself in, and its subsequent ability to create (or lose) advantage from such environments.

You will assess the various strategies available to the MNE, and map the various structural and coordination challenges of each strategy. You will recommend the appropriate Internationalization Process, Behaviours, and Strategies for the various MNEs discussed in class.
