Gestalten Sie die Zukunft
Become part of the next generation of consultancy experts and play an active role in shaping the future of businesses.

The certificate programme is specifically aimed at consultants – whether working in-house at companies or from consultancy firms – who wish to provide support and advice on the introduction, evaluation and implementation of solutions utilising artificial intelligence.
In addition to providing a comprehensive grounding in the applications, potential and strategies of AI, the programme teaches classic consultancy skills that are essential for successful client support. These include skills in the areas of needs analysis, concept development, presentation techniques, negotiation and facilitation, as well as dealing with resistance and change processes.
Participants will gain a sound insight into the technical fundamentals of artificial intelligence, as well as an in-depth understanding of key concepts such as machine learning, data processing and algorithms. The focus is not on purely technical training, but on building up a level of knowledge that enables qualified and targeted communication with subject matter experts and forms the basis for well-informed advisory decisions.
In addition, the ethical, legal and organisational frameworks governing the use of AI are examined in detail. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of the requirements of the European AI Act, the opportunities and challenges of regulated AI applications, and their impact on business processes. Participants are thus optimally prepared to support responsible, compliant and strategically sound AI projects in a variety of organisational contexts.
With the “Certified AI Advisor (EBS)” qualification, you will open up excellent career prospects in an increasingly data- and technology-driven economy. As a sought-after expert, you will provide professional support to companies in the planning and implementation of AI projects, contribute in-depth specialist and methodological knowledge, and shape the strategic use of artificial intelligence across a wide range of industries.
