The four modules of the “Systemic Coaching” certificate course build on the foundation course. The systemic-constructivist training approach is further deepened by fostering your own personal development. You’ll be equipped with everything you need to take charge of coaching your staff yourself. We guarantee it.
With the "Systemic Coaching (EBS)" certificate, you will support your coachees as expert sparring partners in complex decision-making situations. You will bring expertise in conflict management and team development to the table and help people to develop in a targeted manner.
The basic course and the certificate course in systemic coaching form the foundation for the subsequent "Executive Coach (EBS)" certificate course.
You will learn to coach executives as an equal and to prepare them confidently for complex challenges and unforeseeable situations.
Daniel Salamon studied psychology in Hamburg and at New York University. Throughout his studies, he was particularly interested in what motivates people within organisations and enables them to lead effectively. He has been an entrepreneur since 2014 and has held various management positions – gaining experience ranging from successful start-ups to valuable learning curves. It was through this practical experience that his passion for the psychological mechanisms of leadership and change developed: how do people manage to remain clear-headed and capable of taking action under pressure, to inspire others and to drive organisations forward?
Today, as a management diagnostician and executive coach, Daniel Salamon supports senior executives and their teams through transformation and transactional processes, focusing on self-reflection, decisiveness and sustainable impact in dynamic and challenging environments. His conviction is that good leadership begins with the individual – and manifests itself in a lasting impact on the organisation and its culture.

Herbert Dreier holds a degree in psychology and has been working as a management consultant and coach for 30 years. He is a co-founder of the international consultancy firm CCinternational Coaching & Consulting, which has consultants in Germany, France, England, Italy, Spain and the USA.
His main areas of expertise are: executive coaching, strategic leadership development for German and international organisations, and organisational development. His clients come from various sectors of the business world, including many DAX 40 and Fortune 500 companies, as well as NGOs and UN organisations. In addition to his consultancy work, he has been a lecturer on the coaching programme at EBS for around 15 years.

The Systemic Coach training programme at EBS was far more than just professional development for me.
It gave me not only sound methods and tools, but above all, shaped my own stance as a coach. What I valued most was the combination of technical depth, personal growth, and a learning environment built on trust, appreciation and genuine connection. I learned to listen to people even more consciously, to broaden perspectives, and to accompany development effectively. The programme helped me grow both professionally and personally, and laid the foundation for the path I now follow as a coach.
As part of the coaching training programme, you, as a trainee coach, automatically become part of EBS Universität’s Student Services.
