In the integrated ‘Agile Working’ workshop, you will learn to understand the specific challenges of agile working methods, familiarise yourself with their various aspects, and apply agile methods in day-to-day work situations. You will be equipped to assess and adapt your leadership style in line with the requirements of the World of Work 4.0, enabling you to help shape the World of Work 4.0 within your organisation.
