Real Estate Management Institute

The EBS Real Estate Management Institute was founded in 2006 and is part of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Real Estate at the Business School of EBS Universität. The Institute bundles all real estate-related activities of EBS Universität in four key fields of activity: university education, research, scientific consulting and further education. Excellent ranking results, high graduate satisfaction levels as well as an extensive network into the industry testify to the excellent work in this extremely interdisciplinary field. The aim of REMI is to train the real estate industry’s management and research elite in a wide-ranging and future-oriented manner.

Focus areas

Supported by renowned industrial partners, REMI’s expertise is combined in the following competence centres:

Research is our core! We try to contribute high-quality research and usually use empirical methods in order to create new knowledge that enables us to provide a profound basis for societal and economic discussions. Furthermore, we try to provide to our partners, sponsors and the public research that support decision-makers in politics, society and economy.

Partners and sponsors

There are many opportunities to form partnerships.

Support our institution through donations to endowment funds, funding teaching, science and research in the field of real estate, by funding construction work or equipment and furnishings. If you have a special interest in certain plans, you can also support the institution in achieving specific goals.

Non-financial support is also very welcome. We work very closely and effectively with many of our partners. Just get in touch with us! Be part of EBS’ success and invest in the future of young people. Feel free to contact us. We will be very pleased to answer your question during a personal meeting.
