Max Mustermann

Dr. Klaus Uhlenbruck is Adjunct Professor for International Strategy at EBS, and Professor for Management at the University of Montana, USA, where he is the head of the Management & Marketing Department. He holds a degree as Diplom-Kaufmann from the University of Cologne/Germany and received his Ph.D. in strategic management from the University of Colorado. Spending several weeks per year at EBS, Klaus engages in research with EBS faculty members and doctoral students, participates in activities of the management department and also runs courses and workshops for EBS students and junior faculty. Amongst others, Klaus’ current research projects focus on competitive dynamics in association with corporate mergers and the management of family businesses. He is author of a book on service strategies for manufacturers and has authored or coauthored numerous articles published in scholarly and practitioner journals in the fields of management and international business. Klaus is a member of the editorial review board of several journals like the Strategic Management Journal and the Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal.
