The intensive Real Estate Economics programme is aimed at those preparing to take on real estate-specific management responsibilities, or seeking to further qualify for them for example, graduates of universities, universities of applied sciences, vocational academies and other institutions in architecture, civil engineering, business administration and economics.


Basic Requirements
  • Proof of a completed degree from a university, university of applied sciences or vocational academy, plus at least two years of professional experience

 

or

  • Evidence of suitability through relevant professional experience or further training, preferably in real estate, together with proof of general or subject-restricted higher education entrance qualification

Kosten

An Investment That Pays Off

The total cost of the part-time Real Estate Economics programme is 15,675 euros for registrations received up to eight weeks before the start date. After that, the total cost is 16,500 euros. Members of IMMOEBS e. V. and EBS Alumni e. V. receive a 10% discount.

 

This service is exempt from VAT pursuant to Section 4 No. 21 a) bb) of the German VAT Act (UStG).

The completed Real Estate Economics programme, including the dissertation, is equivalent to 50 ECTS credits.
