At the Leadership Transformation Academy, you will spend six months working on a current challenge within your own area of responsibility. You will combine academic insights from EBS University with Oliver Wyman’s experience in transformation. Between modules, you will put new leadership approaches into practice in your day-to-day work.

The Academy is aimed at experienced leaders who are shaping a major transformation and need to gain buy-in for it. This includes heads of business units and functions, those responsible for transformation programmes, and leaders who are driving change in areas such as AI, growth, sustainability or organisational structure. A C-level position is not required; what matters is your direct responsibility for the change.
You will bring a specific, current transformation challenge that you wish to work on during the programme. The factsheet generally cites more than ten years’ leadership experience as a guideline. Before taking part, you will discuss your role and your plans in a brief interview. This enables us to put together a group with comparable leadership experience and diverse industry perspectives.
The total cost of the “Leadership Transformation Academy” is 12,900 euros. This service is exempt from value-added tax pursuant to Section 4, No. 21 a) bb) of the German Value-Added Tax Act (UStG).

In the three modules, you will examine transformational leadership from different perspectives: your own leadership behaviour, teamwork and organisational change. Through simulations, you will explore how you make decisions and communicate under pressure.
Using your current transformation project as a case study, you will practise building trust and engaging people across departmental boundaries.
Between the face-to-face sessions, you will test new approaches in your working environment and reflect on your experiences within a fixed peer group. From this, you will develop a clearer understanding of your challenge and draw up a practical plan for the following 90 days.
