Upon successful completion, you will receive the “Applied Coaching (EBS)” certificate.

 

(With the option to count supervision hours towards EMCC or ICF accreditation).

 

In collaboration with recognised associations, we outline possible qualification and accreditation pathways and support you in your next professional steps. Dr. Nannette Reuther

Dr Nannette Reuther is an executive coach (EBS), team coach and supervisor with over two decades of international experience in leadership, project management and consultancy. As a former director at Deloitte Consulting and a qualified board member, she brings a deep understanding of leadership, responsibility and decision-making dynamics within complex systems.

 

She takes a systemic and solution-focused approach, supporting leaders, teams and coaches with clarity, presence and professional depth. As co-founder of supervision.partners, as well as an ICF- and EMCC-accredited coach and team coach, she is also an EMCC-accredited coach and mentor supervisor. In her work, she acts as a trusted sparring partner and creates spaces for reflection in which professional effectiveness, awareness and sustainable development can flourish.

Katja von Glinowiecki

Katja von Glinowiecki is an executive coach (ICF PCC), supervisor (EMCC ESIA), team coach and organisational developer with over 15 years’ experience as an entrepreneur and a broad international background. Through her work abroad (including in China, India and Australia) and in marketing and PR for the automotive and IT industries, she brings a deep understanding of intercultural dynamics and complex communication processes.

 

She takes a strengths- and solutions-focused approach at the interface between personal development and strategic implementation. As co-founder of supervision.partners and a lecturer in applied coaching at the International Coach Academy (ICA), she is deeply committed to the professionalisation and quality assurance of the coaching profession. In her work, she acts as a pragmatic mentor and catalyst, supporting leaders and coaches in refining their professional identity and shaping effective change processes.

Participation & Requirements

Who is eligible to take part?

  • Self-employed coaches who wish to build up and professionalise their coaching practice.
  • In-house coaches who apply coaching skills within organisations or help to design internal programmes.
  • Managers who embrace coaching as a leadership style and wish to apply it effectively in their day-to-day work.
Curriculum / Duration

Programme Structure

Coaching in Practice comprises five online modules.


Module 1

Kick-off

Introduction, setting objectives, reflection: “How do I apply coaching in my specific role?”

 

90 minutes (online)



Module 2

Three practical reflection sessions

Reflection on real-life coaching or leadership situations, case studies, supervisory support

 

90 minutes each (online)



Module 3

Peer-Sparring (voluntarily)

Independent meetings in small groups between sessions

 

Flexible (online)



Module 4

One individual supervision session (optional)

Individual reflection on a personal coaching or leadership topic

 

50 minutes (online)



Module 5

Closing session (online)

Integration, Lessons Learnt, Personal Development Plan, Certificate Presentation
