Our pledge

This makes the Master in Management special

The future cannot be changed with tables, figures and rules alone. The Master in Management provides intensive training in strategic thinking and  problem-solving skills – all with a global mindset. You will broaden your horizons and develop your personality. Because only personalities who inspire people to change can make a difference in the world of tomorrow.

Your advantages

Tailored to your interests.
On the EBS Master in Management programme, you can tailor your studies to your personal strengths, interests and career goals. In doing so, you will lay the foundations for your future professional career. There are a total of four specialisations to choose from. Whether it’s ‘Marketing Management & Customer Centricity’, ‘Strategic Leadership & Organisational Transformation’, ‘Managing Innovation’ or ‘Sustainable Business Strategy’ – the choice is yours.

Knowledge without values has no value.
We know just how important it is, especially in business management, to work with diverse stakeholders - meaning empathy and values make the decisive difference. They shape future leaders who drive operations forward and enthrall others. We teach our values of courage, responsibility, consideration and backbone in our courses and in our Coaching & Leadership Hub.

Challenge-based learning.
Throughout your study programme, the EBS didactic concept of challenge-based learning provides insights into working practice. In close cooperation with partner companies, you learn about the topics that are essential for future leaders, based on real-life cases. In Real Business Challenges, you develop solutions and ideas, which you then present to the Management Board. In this way, you gain an understanding of the challenges of corporate governance.

Focus on you: personal development and state-of-the-art knowledge.
The trends of technology/digitalization and ESG are an integral part of our programme. In addition, in Professional Development Workshops, you learn important skills that you will later need in practice as a manager.
