Curriculum Vitae

Dr. Nasar um Minullah is a Senior Lecturer of Technology Management at EBS Business School, Germany, with over two decades of experience in industry consulting and academia. He holds a PhD in Biotechnology from Zhejiang University, China, and an MBA from Durham University Business School, UK, alongside studies at the University of San Francisco and EBS. Nasar began his career by developing a high-tech production strategy for a floriculture startup in South Asia before transitioning to academia. His teaching focuses on digital strategy, digital transformation, and agile project management, using methods such as design thinking, Scrum, and Lean Startup. His research explores applications of agile methodologies in organizations for organizing innovation, and he has presented at leading institutions including Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Rice University alongside winning various research grants. A polyglot with extensive multicultural experience, Nasar integrates experiential learning and creative problem-solving into his teaching philosophy. He is passionate about fostering interdisciplinary thinking in the classroom. Outside of work, he enjoys running and playing squash.
