The programme is conducted entirely in English and includes participants from a wide range of industry sectors who hold at least a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3, and ideally 5 or more years of professional, management-related experience. The average student age is typically 33 to 35, and often ranges from 26 to 50. Many students have worked internationally or are employed by internationally operating businesses.
Diversity within each cohort forms a strong element of the programme, with students
representing a broad range of academic disciplines, functional experience, cultures and nationalities. Participants in the programme over the past three years have included nationals of Argentina, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, India, Lithuania, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Portugal, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Tunisia, UAE, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and the United States.

The EBS “Schloss” campus is located in one of the most historic and picturesque regions of Germany: the “Rheingau”. The Upper Middle Rhine region was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002. The EBS campus overlooks the Rhine River and is surrounded by its own vineyards. During the programme students will have many opportunities to get to know the historic sites, local cuisine and famous wineries in the area. Most core courses and elective courses are held at the EBS Schloss campus, the primary location for instruction. The campus is located just 30 minutes from the Frankfurt Airport, 15 minutes from Wiesbaden, and is easy to reach by car or train.
