The history of the Stefan Krause Scholarship
Much too early, Stefan Krause was tragically murdered at the age of 49 and left behind a bewildered mother and countless friends - especially from his time at EBS Universität. For Stefan Krause, EBS Universität was something special and by no means a matter of course, as his mother had to make considerable efforts to give him this opportunity. Through the wonderful opportunity of starting his career at Schott Glas in the Rio de Janeiro factory, he arrived directly after his studies in Brazil, where, in the spirit of EBS Universität, he lived his life as a true citizen of the world with a network of personal relationships and pursued his career purposefully. Stefan Krause succeeded with his very charming and empathetic way to appeal to a wide variety of people and to win them over. Whether old or young, poor or rich, white or black, he found a personal and cordial approach to almost all people and was highly esteemed for it.
