New Master's Programme "Global Business Law (LL.M.)" focusses on Digitalisation, Supply Chain Design and Mediation

Starting in autumn 2019, students of the new one-year Master of Law Global Business Law (LL.M.) at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht will gain insight into current and practice-relevant questions of international business law. The focus is on the important issues of the future: digititalisation, global dispute resolution and mediation, international mergers and acquisitions as well as global banking and finance.

The focus of the English-language Master’s programme is on the four modules global mergers and acquisitions, global banking and finance, global dispute resolution and global digitalisation and mobility. The students are familiarised with the economic and legal background of international mergers and acquisitions as well as with the reasons and necessity for the regulation of banks and capital markets. Regulatory challenges of technological progress - especially in the field of digitalisation - as well as methods and possibilities of dispute settlement procedures (mediation) will continue to be the central focus. EBS Law School benefits from the rich experience and extensive network of the Business School.

“EBS Universität is the oldest private business school and the youngest law faculty in Germany.
