EBS Universität promotes modern legal studies
Prof. Dr. iur. Emanuel V. Towfigh, Dean of the EBS Law School and Academic Director of the new Master Study Programme
The focus of the English-language Master’s programme is on the four modules global mergers and acquisitions, global banking and finance, global dispute resolution and global digitalisation and mobility. The students are familiarised with the economic and legal background of international mergers and acquisitions as well as with the reasons and necessity for the regulation of banks and capital markets. Regulatory challenges of technological progress - especially in the field of digitalisation - as well as methods and possibilities of dispute settlement procedures (mediation) will continue to be the central focus. EBS Law School benefits from the rich experience and extensive network of the Business School.
“EBS Universität is the oldest private business school and the youngest law faculty in Germany. This combination enables us to offer state-of-the-art postgraduate training at the cutting edge between law and economics. We are convinced that our Master of Laws degree programme also enables graduates to play a decisive role in an increasingly networked world,” says Prof. Dr. iur. Emanuel V.
