Chair of Constitutional, Administrative and European Law, New Technologies Law and the History of Law
Lectures are a combination of teaching based on relevant public case law, also taking into account contemporary academic discussion and the public debate, and the practical application of the acquired knowledge in case studies. Exercises focus exclusively on practical case studies, whereas in seminars students are able to gain first experience in independent scientific work by addressing specific, and very often cutting-edge topics, e.g. in new technologies law. Knowledge acquisition and legal methodology are therefore seamlessly linked from the very beginning.
