Our Research

Prof. Falk’s research focuses on service management issues such as customer acceptance of self-service technologies, service quality management, and recovery after service failures. He has published his work in journals such as Journal of Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and Journal of Service Research. In 2010, the American Marketing Association awarded Prof. Falk’s work on Brand Productivity with the Overall Best Paper Award at its Winter Educators’ Conference.
