In this workshop we aim to develop a better understanding of the conflicts that may pop up when we engage in transfer projects and how we can prepare ourselves for them. These may conflicts of interest between academics and practioneers or deeper societal conflicts, that motivate and drive a transfer project.

Since many of these conflicts cannot be resolved in a simple way it is neccessary to prepare ourselves and others for hts in a long range prespective.

In the end we want to work out some conflict resolution strategies with regard to the most common value conflicts in our field.
