The Finance and FinTech specialisation at EBS equips you with the tools you need to make smart business decisions backed by data. You will learn how to interpret financial statements and uncover the value behind the numbers. Using real data, you will calculate KPIs, plan budgets and forecast performance. Explore the critical decisions every CFO faces: should a company lease or buy? Invest or hold back? Outsource or build in-house? In the Finance specialisation, you will learn to analyse each scenario and select the best course of action.
Additionally, this specialisation will introduce you to the fintech landscape, covering topics such as start-up valuation, the market for corporate control, and the growing role of artificial intelligence and advanced algorithms in financial decision-making. You will gain hands-on experience of using Microsoft Azure Machine Learning Studio to apply AI-driven models and data analytics to real-world financial challenges.
