The success of our alumni
Across leadership consulting, organisational development and HR, EBS graduates who chose this specialisation have gone on to build careers that put people at the centre of business success.
Peter Holzer, an EBS alumnus, went on to become a sought-after entrepreneur coach and sparring partner for senior executives. His path illustrates how a deep understanding of human behaviour in professional contexts can form the foundation for a highly impactful career.

Understand people and drive performance
The Business Psychology & Coaching specialisation at EBS gives you a deep understanding of human behaviour in professional contexts and the practical skills to act on it. You will study the major theories of leadership, learn to critically assess different management approaches, and use psychometric tools to reflect on your own strengths and development areas.
The programme also covers psychological assessment and test theory in depth – from designing diagnostic instruments to conducting item analysis and validation, skills directly applicable to talent selection and development. Through the several courses, you will examine real organisational failures and explore the psychological and structural conditions that allow leadership misconduct to take root. Across all modules, you will collaborate in small teams, develop your ability to lead through influence rather than authority, and sharpen your professional communication skills in English – leaving you with a self-awareness and a strategic toolkit to thrive in the complexities of modern organisational life.
