Coaching ( Basic Training Course )
Apart from highly professional and methodical competence, the focus of our training courses at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht is on personal development. Coaching training is an integral part of this framework. The coaching training concept is built on the systemic-constructivist approach. The aim of the training course is to impart the basic knowledge of systemic-constructivist coaching together with the most important intervention techniques. Coaching interviews with the students of the university are incorporated into each module. This enables them to test and expand on what they have learned. This learning process is supplemented by supervision and intervision.
Today’s fast-changing society and economy pose constantly new challenges for corporate management. Support through coaching is an effective way of meeting these challenges.
We understand coaching as an instrument for personal development, with which employees’ problem-solving and learning skills can be improved, their ability to change increased, and the conflict between personal needs, those linked to the new role and its tasks, and the overarching goals of the company can be balanced.
