What does "Alumni" mean?
The word "Alumni" is Latin and means "pupil", or literally "the nurtured". In the Middle Ages, an alumnus was a pupil of a residential school. Since the end of the 18th century, university graduates have been called "Alumni" in the USA. In Germany, the notion "Alumni" is used for all former students.
Our Objectives
We offer activities which encourage mutual contact among former students and instructors. In this way, we would like to contribute to the closer interaction of these groups so that all benefit from the experience and connections of other members. We offer up-to-date information, events and executive training opportunities.
