The aim of the international student competition Cool Czech Republic Contest launched by Czech Tourism was to present the Czech Republic as an attractive destination for young people. Under the motto “Affordable fun at your doorstep. Czech it out!” the EBS students Jana Stastna, Joan Ng and Si Min Yeap created a campaign to encourage young travellers to go on short breaks to the Czech Republic.
With immediate effect, Springer Gabler is extending its range of specialist information for scientific and professional communities to include the reference book series Immobilienwirtschaftslehre and the Handbook Real Estate Capital Markets published by the real estate researcher Professor Nico B. Rottke as well as the doctoral theses series Schriftenreihe zur immobilienwirtschaftlichen Forschung.
Plans are underway to build an apartment complex comprising 118 flats for students at EBS Universität directly adjacent to the EBS Schloss campus in Oestrich-Winkel. The project is being developed by Student Cube GmbH, a young company founded by two EBS graduates. The new apartments intended primarily for international exchange students and seminar participants are scheduled to open at the start of the semester in 2016. The town council yesterday gave the go ahead for the project.
