Foundation

The Foundation for the Advancement of European Business School is a legally responsible foundation set up under civil law. Its function is to administer and support European Business School. The Foundation provides funding for teaching and research, for materials and technical equipment, the library facilities and research projects. In its work the Foundation serves exclusively and directly non-profit and, above all, academic purposes as set out in the section “tax-privileged purposes” of the German Fiscal Code.

The Foundation conducts public relations and fundraising, only to the extent that it fulfils its purpose as a non-profit organization.

 

Foundation Executive Board

The Foundation Executive Board is responsible for all matters relating to the Foundation. It exercises its rights within European Business School gGmbH and appoints the members of the European Business School Supervisory Board.

Members of the Foundation Executive Board include well-known managers of leading organizations from various industry sectors and prominent figures in the political community. Together they constitute a highly representative supervisory body providing a top level national and international network.
