Matthias Gouthier holds the Chair of Services Marketing at the European Business School (EBS). Before joining EBS, he worked at Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) and completed his doctoral studies at Catholic University Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. Matthias Gouthier’s fields of research can be structured as follows: Service customer perspective, customer contact employee perspective, service value chain perspective and industrial services perspective. He teaches all facets of Services Marketing and furthermore Market Research at Bachelor, Master and Executive level.
