Ansgar Richter holds a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science in the UK. Before joining EBS, he worked as a Senior Associate with McKinsey & Company with an emphasis on strategic management consulting.
Ansgar Richter investigates the relationship between ownership structures and corporate performance. In addition, he is interested in the organization and strategy of professional service firms, including consulting firms, law firms, and others. His work has been published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, the Journal of Management Education, the Schmalenbach Business Review, and the Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings.
