Lecture Series "Aviation Management" 2012/2013
In a few weeks, the new semester is going to start. Hence we are not only happy to welcome back our students but we are also looking forward to the start of our lecture series "Aviation Management - Current Challenges and Trends". Here, designated industry experts present insights in their daily work and discuss the industry's latest developments.
This year's lecture series will start on September 12 with a presentation by Dr. Dieter Nirschl, Chairman of TUIfly GmbH. Dr. Nirschl will explain the development of TUIfly from a Charter Carrier to a Low Cost Carrier and back. The lecture will take place in the room H1 and begins at 7 pm .
Your attendence is more than welcome. Registration is not required.
Subsequent to the lecture series, we will hold our annual homecoming event in the EBS wine cellar. Current and former Aviation Management Students are invited to join this event. Please register until August 23rd via e-mail to Mr. Christian Urhahn.

Lufthansa Case Challenge 2011 - Finale
The Lufthansa Case Challenge finale 2011 is approaching!
From November 21 - November 23, Deutsche Lufthansa AG and EBS Business School are welcoming this year's finalists in the Lufthansa Training and Conference Centre in Seeheim. Out of 189 applications from more than 25 different countries, six teams with the most appealing and innovative ideas have been selected to present their concepts to a jury committee of Lufthansa managers and EBS experts. The topic of the Lufthansa Case Challenge 2011 is Sustainability. Patron of the event is Mr. Sadiq Gillani, Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy, Deutsche Lufthansa AG.
We are looking forward to meeting the winner teams and listening to their presentations!

3rd NCAS Conference will take place on Nov. 2, 2011 in Frankfurt/Main
The 3rd NCAS Conference "Future of Aviation Security" will take place at the Sheraton Airport Hotel in Frankfurt on November 2, 2011.
