Professorship of Strategy and Organization

The Professorship for Strategy and Organization at the EBS was founded in August 2005 and is part of the Department of Strategy, Leadership and Organization.

The team headed by Prof. Ansgar Richter PhD addresses issues related to the general understanding of strategy and organization. In an increasingly turbulent environment, it is essential for students to have a sound understanding of the concepts and tools that enable companies to address strategic and operational challenges.

Our aim is to develop a deeper understanding of firms, focusing on the application of relevant aspects from economic and social sciences to current management topics, aiming for an interdisciplinary and multi-paradigmatic approach.
