Overview

Innovation and entrepreneurship are the driving forces behind a high-performing and fast growing economy. The Department of Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship (IME) at EBS Business School focuses on these two closely related topic areas. Our activities are geared towards embedding the knowledge gained in these fields in the three pillars research, teaching, and continuing professional education, both at our university as well as in our own international network.

At IME and the affiliated Strascheg Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SIIE), a team of nine Professors and Directors under the direction of Professor Ronald Gleich are responsible for undergraduate education, continuing professional education and research activities. SIIE is an active member in the scientific community and enjoys close working relationships with leading universities and academic chairs both on a national and international level. The Institute offers doctoral students who seek a subsequent career in science and research exciting opportunities ranging from support of publication activity, transfer of know-how within our wide-reaching network, to participation in international conferences.
