This is why the analytical skills of EBS' students are fostered through work in small groups, a case-study learn approach, and by the consistent application of interactive and innovative teaching techniques.

The studium universale, promotion of the so-called soft skills through seminars and exercises, the numerous student initiatives - for instance the EBS Symposium - and especially the Coaching programme that is unique to EBS all play a part in the systematic and sustained personal development of the students parallel to their academic education.
