Tomas Falk is a full professor of Marketing and holds the ConCardis Chair for Consumer Behavior at EBS Business School. Prior to his occupation at EBS Business School, Tomas Falk worked as an assistant professor at the chair of Prof. Dr. Hans H. Bauer at the University of Mannheim from November 2007 to June 2010. From February 2007 to October 2007, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Frauenhofer Institute for Innovation and Systems Research. Tomas Falk attained his doctoral degree in January 2007 and his habilitation in May 2011 from the University of Mannheim. His main fields of research include consumer behavior, service management and multichannel management. Tomas Falk co-authored publications in renowned international and national journals such as the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, the Journal of Service Research, the Journal of Business Research and Marketing ZFP.
