Overview

The Department of Supply Chain Management & Information Systems combines the research and teaching competencies of the Institutes for Supply Chain Management - Procurement and Logistics (ISCM), for Future Studies and Knowledge Management (IFK) and Information Systems (IRIS). Intensive interaction between the different institutes and chairs as well as close working relationships with partners from the business world help us to realizes synergies in a broad range of research fields and to develop new and innovative solutions and approaches.

The main focus of our activities is on applied research and teaching in the field of supply chain management, procurement, logistics, corporate foresight and engineering, strategy development, process modelling and system/IT development.
